Debbie J Jaffe, 50, passed away on November 4, 2021 after a courageous battle; loving sister of Marc (Na); dear aunt of Evan and Jackson; beloved daughter of Naomi and the late Don; much loved niece of Sharon (Carl) Rosenstein; dear cousin of Michael (Lisa) and second cousin of Kelsie, Josh, Joey and Allison Rosenstein. Chapel service, Sunday, November 7, 2021, 1:30 PM at Shalom Memorial Funeral Home 1700 W. Rand Road, Arlington Heights, IL 60004. Interment Shalom Memorial Park.
